Returns Policy

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in the quality of our products before we send your parcel out to you. 

If you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution in accordance with consumer law. We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or products that have been personalised.
As personalisation is unique, we are unable to accept returns on these products as we can not re-sell the items. It is imperative that you are confident in the item you choose (including colour, style, size of item, font and spelling of the personalisation) as no refund or exchange can be offered on these items. Please see size guide and make sure it is correct.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at hello@nottecollective.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Notte Collective reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit on the item once returned to us. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Please contact us at hello@nottecollective.com and return the item within 10 business days of the delivery date. 

 

Conditions For Exchanges And Store Credits

  1. Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition
  4. Item(s) must be in a saleable condition and NOT personalised
  5. Item(s) was a full price purchase

Please note: postage for change of mind returns are at the customers expense and we either provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind purchases.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, Notte Collective will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. 

Notte Collective will refuse refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Notte Collective to a corresponding counterclaim. 

 

Sale Items 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

 

Faulty Items 

Faulty items will be assessed by our team and repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to repair over replacement if possible.

Notte Collective reserves the right to inspect returned items and reject returned goods if we do not see them to be faulty or damaged.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect washing are not eligible for return, repair or exchange. 

Pilling is a normal occurrence of our fabric and is not a sign of poor quality or a faulty product. It is caused by every day wear and tear, and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.
